Shaoan Huang, Male, was born in 1962, Hunan Province. Ph.D Degree of Economics. Professor Huang is Yangtze River Scholar of Ministry of Education of the P.R.C, the dean of the Center for Economic Research currently. He is an expert of theoretical economics group at academic degree committee of state council of the P.R.C and National Social Sciences Fund, initiator of the Research Institute of Property Rights and the Center for Economic Research of Shandong University, founder of "Research of Institutional Economics" magazine. Professor Huang is one of the key organizers and leaders of property right theory, institutional economics, law and economics research and discipline construction.
Professor Huang graduated from Shaoyang College in 1982 (received college diploma), and then works in Shandong University after graduation from Xiamen University in 1994 (received Doctor Degree in economics). He was exceptional promoted as a lecturer in 1987, and was exceptional promoted as a Professor in 1994. Professor Huang was accepted in Class 1 and 2 of “BAIQIANWAN Talent Project” of Ministry of Personnel of the P.R.C. in 1999, and excellent KUASHIJI Talent of Ministry of Education of the P.R.C. in 2000 and the excellent youth teacher prize (teaching and research encouragement project ) awarded by Ministry of Education of the P.R.C. in 2001.
Major research areas are property rights theory, Theory of enterprise, institutional economics and rural economies. Professor Huang has published monographs such as
